P0 acquisition layer
Armenian church losses need a permission-aware GIS pipeline.
This module registers the Data Catalog Armenia / Arak29 church-loss source as a future cultural-loss layer for the atlas. The atlas does not republish closed rows here: it preserves metadata, defines the extraction schema, and documents the access problem.

- Atlas status
- Metadata registered; extraction pending
- Source description
- Data by location and fate of churches and priests.
- Catalog note
- The CKAN record says the Arak29 index is based on the annotated selections from the Ottoman Government inventory of Armenian Church properties conducted in 1912-1913 and information from Teodik, Constantinople, 1923.
- Access note
- The public catalog metadata is available, but the resource is marked as not open and the external Arak29 application returned HTTP 406 during automated access checks. The atlas therefore stores only metadata, schema, and acquisition status until permission, API access, or an export is available.
